Everything has a price - you just have to decide what is yours.

No I don't want the wheels but I do believe that you would be a bit silly to not sell if someone added a zero to that 5 grand.

Work out what you are prepared to part with them for. Take into account how much you want to keep them, how much it would cost to find and buy another set, or an alternative set [perhaps a set you actually like better]

Now you know what they are worth to you today. Don't take a cent less than that - and tomorrow the price may change, so work it out fresh next time the subject comes up.

your wheels - your call.

My 2c FWIW

Meeni.............. i know that they are rare rims mate, but keep in mind that in the context of things they are still a single peice rim....... anything that is composite is considered more attractive in terms of desirability. Unfortunatly, despite what you may have heard 5 grand would not be a figure you would get........... ever :(

For example........ my spectrums, picked them up for just under $1k....... with Yokohama A008's on about 50% tread.

My advice is to keep them because like the previous posts have said, you will regret it......

My 2c again.......

yeah i wont sell em....... unless someone ses they will pay that, the reason the price is high is that in the mid to late 60's the 5.5's came out, in the 70's the 6's came out, they made less of the 5.5's and made them for a pricey amount in those days standards.......... but i am not sellin em anyway so unless u have the money i want and ur silly enough to pay it, dont ask!!!

hey they are worth more than $20. I would have to check the freezer, but I would offer $25 and two frozen dinners and a bulk pack of fish fingers.
