i would fix the carb or fuel pump. As i haven't known anybody else go to the same trouble to fix a flooding carb.

Sure the needle valve in the float bulb is in the correct way?

Try blowing threw it while holding the float up, check to make sure the float isn't leaking.

or simply whack a fitting into the tank sender plate like i did. easy-peasy :-)

Can I ask what sort of fitting you used? I need a EFI fuel return line to the tank and are looking for a simple solution

Do you have to have a pipe in the tank going from the fitting to the bottom, or can it just vent straight at the fuel sender bracket?

Haven't had a good revival in a while.

Return lines are best sent to the bottom of the tank.
I'd just use a rover tank myself.
:D

Whats the idea behind plumbing it into the bottom?
To stop you from hearing the trickle as it drips in or to make sure theres fuel at the bottom of the tank?
