Is there any way that original owners can cross reference with current owners on here to see if previously owned cars are still around.
I have had a couple of Cooper S's and would be interesting to see if they are still around. Love to buy either of them back.

Well it looks like an S; proper flairs, badges, twin tanks, discs and a proper S engine.... and green/white paint!! However the guy who sold it to him told him that it wasn't a "real" S.

So he's just interested in what it used to be. Only clue is the SA rego sticker.

Car is in the US.

Cheers

The rego sticker states the engine number as "19YTAH68833" but apparently there are no actual numbers on the car.

Cheers

He is a yank. It could be anything. If he can't give realistic numbers from the actual car he can't really expect any help.

The engine has a number but he gives the number off the rego label.

Hey Mick , how's it going? Is that while Deluxe looking any healthier these days?

The Yank was just interested in where his S replica might have come from. While it is an S engine (side plates etc) there aren't any numbers.

He did find the chassis number though and it seems its an early K (body at least).

Cheers, Ian
