Its also exactly what happens everytime there is a CPI increase or a tax break.

The duopoly supermarkets sneak up the prices of staple goods to exactly the value of the wage increase. The only ones getting any benefit is the supermarket duopoly.

Convert to LPG $2k grant...Units almost doubled and overnight businesses made $$$$$$$$$$$,
First home grant,....houses went up for owners, Gov made more tax and young people got screw'd.
Rebates for insulation,....cost lives,....and caused fires,...
Solar power fitters are currently at the trough!

The money is coming from other environmental programs - so they cripple long term projects like home solar power and feed short term greed

i think i've heard of some schemes excluding classic cars...

but if the scheme is introduced, what happens in 20 years time when 80s cars, surprisingly, would be classics? there won't be any around!
