I have just received a delivery of a you beaut seven porter, with two new Webers.
Having a look at it I can see that it is VERY impressive. "It gives me the horn"
This will make big power.
I'm planning on making a high spec engine. IE all straight cuts etc etc.
Anyway Dave P (sitnlo) got on the special deal too, maybe he'll show some pics as I'm computer stupid.
Guys, seriously if you have $2300AUS (deliverd to your door within a week) this is the best bang for buck that you can get. Includes everything, head, weber carbs, linkages, spark plugs, ram stacks everything. Ready to bolt on. Great value for money.
I live in the west side of Brisbane if anyone wants a look, just PM me.
Our supplier is very good with the import duties/tax stuff ;)
THIS IS GREAT VALUE (I'm getting nothing for this promotion)

Unsure exactly of the manufacturer but it is made in the US.

It is of a very high standard. Nice casting. ;)

PS. Good value Rich, hey wouldn't the Webers be worth a grand by themselves?

Like this?

http://www.minimania.com/web/item/C-AHT ... Detail.cfm

If they are from America, they might be a Pierce casting? I think the HRE, MED and Minimania head are all based on this casting.

For that money though I am interested. How is ordering arranged?

if the webbers are worth a grand then one would conclude that could be a cheap ass head. Don't some of these alloy heads warp?

They are the Pierce heads. Much improved over earlier attempts, and well worth the money in my opinion.

Yes they are Pierce. MED, MiniMania etc etc all use them but will charge you a heap more. So good enough for them, good enough for me.

Sure its a cheap ass head that will warp, probably crack and even shatter into a miilion parts. When liquid comes in contact with it it will disolve too.

PM me your email address if your genuinely interested and I'll give you the sellers details. Payment is made through Paypal.

I've also heard the alloy will cause instant sterility on contact

:P

PM sent.

I think it is a bit rough to rip into TK when he is just offering to share a great offer!

PM sent

Do you require any mods to fit. Does it fit under the bonnet or do you need cutouts/scoop for the carbs.

Someone said that it will fit under without any bonnet mods. I doubt it, but time will tell. I would prefer to keep my Mini looking standard externally so fingers crossed I don't have to bulge the bonnet. Will definately fit a Clubby no worries.
