Pops has become a dirty old man, and is pulling to the right (under brakes)

I havent taken the brake drums off the front yet. Could it be a stuffed wheel cylinder, or as simple as adjustment? (one side adjusted too tight?)

Could be adjustment, more likely a hose is closing up, or you have a fluid leak one side.

Fluid level hasn't dropped since day 1. Hoses do look a little 'original' though

The pink slippers said spinning the drivers side wheel was a little tight, and passenger side was very free.....thats why I thought adjustment.

I would lean towards adjustment Anton...... in my newbie type thinking pattern  , especially if the hoses still look ok......

if one was dragging a bit, and its an adjustment issue then it should in theory get better as the brake lining wears down under the excess wear of being to tight.. it might get a bit hot in the process.. is the other one adjusted way to loose??

Can't judge the hoses by looking. Our Clubbie had a lazy LH one- would pull to the right then stop straight.
Take the drums & shoes off, then see if you can spin the pistons in the cylinders. If not it's new cylinder time..

my car pulls under heavy braking, but it's because the caster/castor is out of alignment. could also be that perhaps?

Get discs

Replace the hoses, they are more than likely the ones from new! I had to replace the front hoses on my van for it to get RWC, they were fully operational, didn't leak, but looked a little dodgy.

Mini used to do this but on the back left, worked it out to be the flexi hose was closing in on it's self. Would let fluid in to wheel cylinder but the would let it out very slowly, therefor when you put the foot on the brake again it was already half on and would lock.
It was good fun on dirt
