Always looking for more HP!.... Nah, i have had a Ogura clutch kit with light weight flywheel in the shed since not long after I finished the conversion. I never had the motivation to pull the engine out before!

Thanks Gordo
Yes get the beast up there and get stuck into it :D :D

My son was sponsored by mobil for many years so we've had hundreds of
oil containers,so i decided to put all my nuts, bolts ,washers ,springs,
etc etc etc in them to make it easier to find things

Hi James , gee i dont envy you having to pull the motor out again :(

Cheers Hallsey

Yes, we have some news on the Cat.

I am going to paint it myself, as I need the practice when I do the Effie (Simon, you had it right all along!)

Just getting the Transalps out of the way then its in to it!

BTW Hallsey, you are an inspiration Ol' Sock!!

I now have a the PPG paint rep onside for the colours, so will start soon (have to as the wife wants to trade in the Patrol and the X-Trail on a new Fourbie which will leave me without a vehicle!!)

Cheers,
Tricky

Yep, I sure will Hallsey.

Thanks for the kind words Ol' Dog!

Got a good mate Will over the road who is a bit of a gun with bodywork etc so gonna be leaning on him a fair bit for advice.

Onwards and upwards Ol' Sock!

Cheers,
Tricky

(apologies for the hijack Hallsey)

Tricky, if your painting is anywhere near the quality of the other work coming out of QBR, you'll be kicking yourself for not jumping into the deep end sooner!!

Seriosly, if a panelbeater can spray paint, you can do it in your sleep!! ;)

Oh you guys are just too kind - thanks.

Simon, when you are up here, I am going to treat you to steaks and beer until you explode!

I must say, when the chips are down you sure know who your friends are!

Love you guys (in a manly manly type of way with no sexual man-love connotations :D )

Cheers,
Tricky
