I have the latest (August) pricing. However, I'm sure there cant be too much of disconnect between April and August. Ping me if you want it though.

My problem was not getting through from Canada on the internet (web site froze) or having any idea that an email which appeared to go through had in fact been received.

So, I appreciated the link to the Pdf and downloaded.
