changing bottom arms at the moment, got some adjustable with nolathane bushes, where do i put the dark thick lube stuff, obviously in the whole where the pin goes, do i also lube up the inner shell where the bush is?

All depends, if you get it real excited you wont need any lube

Yep, and plenty of it. It helps to let the bushes work properly & last longer.

They need lube because unlike the rubber originals, `Nolathane' (polyurethane) won't work as a `live' rubber (ie bonded) bush. it splits.
