Hi all,

Have a question regarding "Penetrol penetrating primer oil"(the red stuff). From what i get it's like POR15(?) Question is has anyone used it before? how was it? does it go under the etch primer?

wasn't sure weather it could be used under acrylics or not.(Can't Be).
