They will come out, no problem. Push them UP, if you have to.
I got a 1275 head for nix that was rusted right through the #3 inlet seat (it had been left in the weather).
I turned up a valve seat from 4140, bored the port to suit, and GR shrink fitted it and remachined the seat. Good to go...
