ok,

here's the story,

driving along the pacific highway throught pymble,

saw a BRG rover mini in the lane coming towards me (next to me)

had the arm right out the window waving,

didnt even notice me, it was like i was driving a WHITE COMMODORE!!!

so i went home and cried

That one passed me in Ashfield Sunday night. Was an asian guy with a friend. I beeped, waved, and they looked at me like I had problems.

If a BMW Mini is a Bini , are Rover Minis Rinis..?? Actually is a Leyland Mini a Lini..?

im quite intrigued by this asian driven BRG rover
it had a white roof as well

i always thought if you drove a mini
you'd be excited to see another mini on the road
irrespective of what language you spoke

i was once in Viv (a RED CLUBBY for those that dont know) and was driving past a RED CLUBBY and was waving and honking at this bloke and he looked at me with contempt....never got over it :D :D

I've always found I have gotten a wave back when I wave at other mini drivers... but only when i am actually driving my car. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for dissapointment or being labelled a "wierdo"

We should have an Ausmini standard signal, like a wave followed by a "thumbsup". That way when the other person waves and thumbsup back at you you know that they are an Ausmini member! Whadda think??

I Reckon every ausmini car should have the stickers on it. Then you would know easily.
