Who is this Chris Collett fella...nicely turned out car and it went like a scalded cat...well driven.

Haven't had a chance to check NATSOFT for times...and with GR having trouble over the weekend I had no benchmark to compare :!: 8)

Hello 9YaTaH thanks for the appreciation and the vote of confidence,

I have been running the car for about 8 months in the HSRCA regularity series to try find my feet and move towards to the group Nb, so far pretty happy with the results :)

The car is from the Greig Malaure / Graham Russell line of race mini's so as you can imagine it's a little rocket and I love it.

If you are at all interested in mini racing come next time and see what it's all about.

Matthew Russell took some great photos as always hope he posts them.

Next time you see the car be sure to come over and intro yourselves and have a chat.

Chris Collett

Did that car crash quite badly at Oran a few year ago? I think Pete Mouser was the driver??

Correct Mike, good spotting, Phil Barrow's FJ parked in back of Pete's boot at Oran Park in 07 and it has been nursed back to health as you can see.

Cheers,

Chris

Gorgeous colour, and by the looks of it extremely well presented too.
What is the name of the colour?

Thank you willy,

I wasn't much of a fan of the colour (fiesta yellow) at first but now it has now grown on me and I think you'll agree it certainly stands out. How long the car remains as pretty racing we'll have to wait and see.

Cheers guys

Chris

Onya Chris...I'm a Flag Marshal, so I get to see Minis racing every now and then!

I thought the car looked familiar and I remember GR saying something about Greig selling one...so it WOULD be a rocketship 8)

Stick to your program and hope it all falls into place...twod be good to see you battling it out with the Nb boys.

and Hey! I have photgraphic proof that I visted! Can't help it if you slept in or whatever!

Cheers, Mick
