Quick update

Put some color on the bonnet and flares

Image

Image

And painted the boot

Image

A pic of the flares just sitting on

Image

And a couple of the bonnet sitting on, car is dusty and the
bonnet and arches have'nt been cut and polished yet

Image

Image

I had a bit of an issue with the little bumperette as the
bolts on the inside were hitting the radiator.

Image

I didnt have the bumperettes on the test shell, so a bit of
a hiccup when putting it together,so i just trimmed the excess
bolt on the inside

Well it's a week before Watto's bdo which i had hoped to have the car
there.

I cant believe how long it's taking

I'm having a few wiring issues (AGAIN) which peevs me as
everthing was working in the other car, hopefully i'll have it sorted tomorrow

I had to modify a headlight housing to miss the alternator

Image

Heres a comparison to the standard one

Image

The car is close to going to Watto's but i might run out of time
fingers crossed

Heres a couple of nearing completion pics, so near yet so far

Just a quick update

I still have a bit to do before the engineer comes back for the last time :D
and i'm still saving for some decent seats ,which is holding me up.
Money is as scarce as rocking horse poo at the moment so i'm
trying to be patient.

I have taken the car for a test drive and it is just awesome

Definently gets the sphinkter valve working

Heres a couple of pics of the car looking finished but far from it

Thanks Amos
The flares are the fibreglass sports pack arches from
mini spares, a little bit of modifying to fit a clubman but they look
sweet

Looks good. The arches are different to what you normally see on a clubby and the transplant looks like it came straight out and the car with no mods to fit it, very neat.
