On the rear window there are small steel grub screws holding the hinge to the body.

They are good quality - not like the cheap ones you get now.

Any idea where you can buy them as originally supplied?

The hinge is fixed to the B pillar with 5 per side, #6 countersunk self tappers (pozidrive) x 1/2" long, that's how they came from the factory.

It sound's like yours has been changed if it has grub screws.
