Hiya all!

When i stripped my mini, the first thing i pulled out (like us all i spose  !) were the seats.

So its fair to say that the first parts i LOST were the front seat Bolts, the ones that go into the front of the channel (thingy  !). Its been a good 18 months since i saw them last.............................. !

Is there a standard size for these critters? and can ya tell me what it is so i can try get hold of some more please  ? '68 deluxe if that helps!

Thankya muchly guys!

All these bolts were the same except for the 78 models.

The ones that hold the brackets to the strengthing channel that runs across the body are 1/4" UNF x 3/4" Long (1" ones are easier to get in), grade 5 or better. Use a flat washer and spring washer too. Don't be tempted to use stainless.

The original ones that hold the seats to the brackets were a little special. The bolts were a plain round head, with a square under it (similar to a coach bolt). The nuts were wing nuts. These too were 1/4" UNF. You can use Grade 5, 1/4" UNF Bolts and nuts if you can't find these.

Thanks muchly GT!!!!

Yup the seat to bracket bolts are fine ( only cause I didn't touch them  !) the bracket to channel are what I'm missing.

I love that you guys can answer all my 'little' problems lol!

Thanks again!
