Here is info on the BMC designed jacking block ....
I made one up and is one the best things I've done...
Makes it very easy to put on stands as you wish to do so...
Use some solid wood to make it from...
.. and as said by others .. always take care ...
I use the identified points as were I place my jack stands..

PS.
Do not try and jack direct on the front of the subrfame.... will bend it and possibly slip off.

The block of wood matches the angle of the subframe and spreads the load across it.
It also gives a flat and suitable jacking surface.

Yes with those jacking points in those pics pleasse oh pleasse don't jack up without that special wood pad anyone as Minimal effort says, or I can garantee it will bend and slip off.. I've seen it happen..
