I have contacted a guy & he can do one for 100 us via ebay. the chinese mob.

this is a one off price.

he is interested in doing more & can drop the price, for a one off custom he will do it for ''100usd'' for me.

2 row 40mm is fine & 50mm thick.

my design was a bit wrong? i based it on a heater core but the general idea is there, He said the engineer will make it work properly & change a few small things.

anything you think needs changing please let me know.

will mount at the front left or right & be small & in alloy & should work very well.

Why don't you get one big custom radiator done with 3 sections in it:
Water, Oil and AC gas?
You can make it grille shaped so you don't need one at all!
