Does anyone have fitting instructions for the Salisbury LSD? I know Vizard covered this in one of his books where he suggests that the Diff needs to be Biased towards the radiator end.

I've just tried to reinstall mine but the diff is locking up solid when I bolted up the output shaft covers. The only thing I have done differently was flaten out the washers on the output shafts. Are these washers meant to be flat, and what thickness should they be?

A fair amount of material needs to be removed from the gearbox and the diff cover before a Salsbury will fit, have you done this? They usually rub on the crownwheel bolt heads.
