Hi all.
Looking at getting a new set of mags for the Mk2 S, but I have no idea what fits.
Seems the new Mambas (which look all wrong anyway) stick out further than before. I understand that the ET is -6 or so.
My current favourite wheel is the Minator, but I can't say I've noticed any on a car. They have an ET of 6, but I don't know if this will fit under the S flares, or how far it will stick out. How do they compare to 6" contessas?
Can any one help? Photos?? Thanks.

I have the Wide style MK11 "S" flare and the minator 10x6 are a spot on fit so with the std MK11 "S" flare they will stick out past the flare.

Minidave - your car looks fab, but don't discs push the wheel 1" further out? Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Yes thats right. If it had disks then the body would need wider flares. (as shown on the white car in the picture above)
I had cooper s spacer drums on the rear and the wheels were just too far out. I bought a new pair of standard drums, changed the wheels studs to shorter ones and all is good.

100+ 10" x 5" fit under City flairs with stock "S" discs and "S" rear drums. We had 14 of these wheels at one time for 2 Minis.

Here are 10" x 5" Minilites with City flairs painted Gloss Black over "S" brakes:

Same Mini before resto/mod with 100+ 10" x 5" and stock City flairs over "S" brakes:

Minilite makes 10" that have "S" offset to fit under body work too (no flairs).
