couldnt really say to tell you the truth :( as the car isnt on the road yet. But when working in it i dont find it uncomfortable even in summer. i thought about how hot it would be so thats why the roof is white so my head doesnt get hot :D

My Mini is black with a white roof also, it does get hot on a sunny day but no hotter than the wifes Mazda 626. I drive mine every day of the week and once you are moving it cools down fair bit.
Cheers Pete

What about black vinyl seats I imagine they would get pretty hot, problem is I like black as a colour for my interior but I also like being able to sit on my seats without scalding my bum

yeah it blows, black looks the best but you'd stick to that like an egg to a dry frypan..
having had experience with both a totally black car, and all black seats..
the temperature DOES increase over other colours... namely the colours i had before, light blue and cream.
seat covers will fix that though.. can still be black.. but allow some air to circulate through

Yeh black looks awsome... I saw a black morris the other day (in sydney, surry hills area) it was from ACT i think... The paint looked pretty old, wasn't too shiny, but if it was done properly it would have looked nice. I'd go for it..
