the mini has 13's on it..

it's scrubbing a bit, if a few people get in the car, i would like to raise the car a bit.

i think the car is sitting low, but other people think it is sitting right because it has 13's on it & you can't raise it higher? and you measure it from the bumper to the floor?

really? why not.

the hi low's do not look very wound out much to me.

can you make the car ride a bit higher on the 13's? will it have a adverse effect on the car much?

I would like to put springs on this as well. as ride quality compared to the trav does not compare.. my other mini is so much more comfy & great has handling.

haha. Dtrain.. it's just rubbing a bit on bumps etc..

the standard really.

i just wondered how high is to high or what is normal ride height.

how high can you go & not effect the car to much.

is there a rule as such? trial and error??

Set it to what the factory did on the rovers. Stock, but high.

Wind it up a bit a see if it is what you are looking for, but don't go to high.

IMO, 13's on a Mini ruins them, even 12's are less than desirable.

Looks like it could be rubbing on the wheel arches? If so you may need different arches?

and yeah I'm with GT Mowog (for once)

Nah, he just doesn't have the right profile tyres.
You need 175/50R13

The car is lowered, you can easily raise it closer to stock height.
Just adjust the hilos evenly (e.g. two full turns, both sides)

why allow "a few" people in your mini ???

stuff em, they can get their own mini

:-)

If you re-set or adjust the ride height , the your wheel alignement (toe) will be out (normally)

so you may want to re-check & maybe adjust the Toe setting as needed after the height adjustment
