Dropped into Mini KIng today to catch up with the guys and saw they had a "Choke" body there being built up for a customer. Gotta say I was quite impressed with the China Quality, dare I saw I would even consider buying one.

Unless you're reshelling an old moke, you won't get it through rego...

To save the hassle, just buy the choke thats been on and off ebay for ~$12K.

Its white, and labelled i think 78 cali...

Chokes weigh about twice as much as a moke.

heavier guage steel all round, extra ugly panels (the funny side skirts)

It's just not the same...

You know that i know that, all mini and moke enthusiasts know that, but there target market is the average joe who wants a moke. But only realises that they cant be registered and are no were near as good once it is to late.
