I like the top one best. :P

They look like performance superlights, 12x5 with black centres & polished rims.
....Just like mine.

they're so similar does it really matter?

I'd personally choose some watanabe's in 12" (I think they make them in 12's!)

if not, 10" split rims all the way!

The way I read this is what type of wheels are these.

The 2 pics are of the same car, front and back, or at least I am very sure that is the case.

Maybe you could be a bit more specific on what you are asking Hunter.

Yes, which wheels are they? They do look like 5"x12"Superlites.

They are currently on the Window Van, which will lap Australia later this year. I've bought 6 new tyres and would find 2 more of these wheels or similar (width & offset) so as to mount 2 spares.

Thanks for input! And...a note from anyone who might have two to sell.

The Van has 8.4" discs at the front so the 12" wheel was necessary and I'd like to match the offset as well as the rim width. That's the quest. All help appreciated.

Should be easy to get hold of in Australia. Very common 12" rim, although usually with silver spokes and centre. [easy to paint]

All 12x5 superlights appear to have the same offset. There should be a couple of sets on the for sale section of this forum, but you might have to buy 4!

12x5 performance superlights can be had at any tyre retailer for sure. Buy as many, or as few as you need. 8)

They don't look like Performance Superlites to me - wrong centre cap, wrong wheel nuts, polished lip looks wrong too.

Look like a UK sourced superlite. Have you checked the inside for any brand stamp?

Mine:

Different cap for sure, but easily changed.
Some sllight differences in the rim by the looks. Just realised mine have Performance and 12x5 cast into the rim [at 9 and 3 oclock in the pic.]

Probably one of the many similar wheels from the UK. The offset looks pretty close and I don't think you will really notice if you had these and performance superlights on the same car. Just make sure the centre caps are interchangable or take them off! 8)

I have a set of Performance Superlights on my mini. I smashed one and bought a replacement. The centre hole and cap is different on the newer one. They're all made by Performance and are all called "superlight" and must have evolved slightly over the years.
