Lithium grease tends to liquify when put under pressure. Then, it leaks past the piston seal and out the bottom of the gun. Mine (a Macnaught not a cheapie) does it too.

My parts/tool storage is in the BBQ area. I can either walk around the house through a locked gate to the car or go straight through the kitchen. It is a low set..

We are currently planning some renos..

Hey, in my first house, I had no garage or shed, only a very small back porch, with a timber beam just in the right place. I had to use the second bedroom as a store room and a small workshop. Most of the engines and gearboxes were overhauled in the lounge room, including the father-in-law's 6 cyl Triumph 2.5 PI engine - heavy one that!

Often in times of rain, the table set up at the back would start floating off and eventually the book case colapsed......

Humble beginings........
