Don't forget just how many of those Cooper S' were actually Police cars.

Over 1000 in NSW alone.

How much is a Cooper worth then? Considering they are rarer than an S.

I'd say about 60% of the value of an S - rarer, but not as desirable by the people with the money

the value of S' has been driven up by the baby boomers who all wanted a Cooper S back in the day. They're getting on in years and cashed up enough to pay big money
