Hi Everyone, please can someone give me the torque setting of the camshaft sprocket nut. I have a gregories service and repair manual and it gives some torque settings but I can`t find a setting for the camshaft nut. The crankshaft pulley bolt it says torque to 95 Nm, so I would think the camshaft nut may be in the region of 85 - 90 Nm, just guessing though.

yeah, same as the crankshaft pulley nut, 60lb/ft (what's a Nm? )

Thanks Simon, Nm is Newton metres, the metric equiv of lbs ft, but you knew that. My Gregories tells it in Nm or lbs ft so I am just telling you how it is in the book. 60 lbs ft ( or 81 Nm ) it is then.

sorry, I was prompted to check the torque - it is 70lb/ft (95Nm) - like you said for the pulley bolt... though I did say "same as the flywheel pulley nut", but I said "nut", so mayeb two wrongs cancel each other
