Look at this, very interesting, Spose it would count as a mini derivative, as it runs a mini motor, windscreen and speedo.

Called a ranger-cub and is an umm boat and car in one.

Its not really a boat. They are a three wheeler. They use half a rear subframe at the back for the single wheel. I bet their handling is awful.
