I was thinking i liked the look of the checker plate but will it overheat ?

Here the pic you had a few things all about T with the up load...no its not my style also...number plate will sit in front of it anyway. Some air flow will be stopped...but yer nar..no it will not make it over heat

Undoubtedly. Also the use of checker plate will cause a catastrophic tear in the space time continuum ultimately leading to the destruction of us all.

Could you just space it back a little so that some airflow can still happen?
Or just space the top back so it acts as a really crap scoop??
