Hi Guys.

I pulled my mini apart about 15 years ago and now that the rebuild is nearly done, I realise that a few bits that I need have gone missing. (Oh! Only just realised that now, have you?)

Where in Brisbane can I source a full set of new door and rear pocket liners for a 1969 Mk2 S? Do the UK ones from Newtons/Huddersfields/Mini Spares etc. fit? Does anyone know of an upholsterer (in Brisbane) who can accurately reproduce the door cards/trims?

Also, where can I get a set of the bespoke flange bolts and nuts for the steel uni's (hardy spicers)?

Thanks.

The UK ones maybe from a MKI might fit, but I'm pretty sure Newtons are doing some Ozzy stuff. The ones from Huddersfeild are very nice, especially for the price but won't fit.

I am pretty sure Ozzy MKII Cooper is same as Mini K.

The hardy spicer flange bolts are easy enough to get locally or overseas:

as are the specialised nuts:

As for the rear pockets, If you like doing these things at home.. I found a good quality old pocket from an old wreck and made a cardboard pattern. This I outlined onto upholstery card and cut out. Once that was done it was simple to lay some spray glue and attach the vinyl over the top. I repeated this for the front pockets as well. They're identical to the originals.

I have a few sets of of Leyland Mini S here if they are the same. Going cheap. But I am sure they will need to re covered/re trimmed a la Cooper S.
