I drove my hydro mk1 tray and, for the first time ever, the front left tyre is now rubbing on the flare. There are no obvious hydro leaks and the car has only dropped slightly, and only at one corner. What would have caused this?
Check for leaks at the valves on the hoses at the very back of the car.
Are you sure it has dropped. Check the condition of the bump stops. If these are in poor condition or missing (esp at the front) you will have problems with the wheels scrubbing.

A set of good/new bump stops on a hydro car will also keep the car drivable if you do have a massive loss of fluid as I did not long after fitting the new stops. I was still able to drive slowly to the mechanic to get it pumped back up.
