These have been around before. Commonly seen on private GOLF BUGGIES on Hamilton Island.

I'll bet the supplied tyres are 205/60 R10 Golf Buggy tyres which may or may-not be road legal??

Yep, ask for a speed rating on the wheels. Look like golf cart to me, specially being sold by a non-mini specialist.

in China also sells tham as buggy wheels - Google "Wuyi Jiaxin Wheel Co". That way you can buy them without the markup on the brand name.

Most alloy wheels are made in China now, including some of those imported from Europe.
