Just be careful using a Stainless Screw in Steel. It causes the steel to rust - fast!

if you can be bothered and really dont want to paint the door get some panel bond fill up the hole, slice it level before it sets and brush touch it.. the problem with most screw holes is they have a volcano around them where the screw rips the metal up.. your car looks like its a standard modern car colour it would be pretty easy to weld it, flatten it off and then blend the door out so the colour looks fine.. as said, if a panel shop cant match a new colour to at least a point where its blendable, then theyre in the wrong game.. i wouldnt put a screw in it, its ok for a piece of crap like my car but yours looks like youve put a lot of time and effort into its presentation so why stick a pig ugly screw in where its not meant to be?

question, do you have the paint it was originally painted in or know where it is?
