I find they dont have a good enough angle to make them useful. And if the nut/bolt is rounded off they just keep slipping round.

Your local Bunnings may have some, were on special a while ago.

I will back that up. A bit like those crescent 'undo anything' tools that all dads get for fathers day.
The gear in them is too coarse so everything slips out.

Whenever i use these, my knuckles always end up second best! there dodgy and crap, most of the time they end up rounding the bolt or nut head

I would have thought the reason for using a ratchet spanner was because space is at a premium.. a ratchet on that thing would never fit :lol:

30 degrees ratchet is pretty average, and once youve got it in the tight spot 9 times out of 10 youll have put it in backwards. Im not a fan.

I have those exact wrenches, and they are useless.
Need too far to swing and that's if you can get a grip.
I may have used them once successfully.

Ratcheting ring spanners though are worth their weight in gold.

The straight ones are pretty useless in confined spaces, I've hardly used my Gearwrench ones.
