Hi All,
I'm sure lots of you will know the answer to this one...

My indicators (left and right) have suddenly started flashing faster.

They used to flash at, say once per second, they are now twice that speed

My first thought was i've lost a globe, but then noticed it was both sides...

Quick inspection all lights are working fine just faster than before.

Any thoughts?

When I read this back i'm not even sure its a problem :?

Flasher can.
These often play up, depending on age of course!
Check how many pins yours is before heading to an auto shop - take your original with you, because there are a few different styles/pin numbers etc.

Tys.

Sounds like the flasher can may have issues, cheap and easy to replace. normally under the dash or in the engine bay.

Is it possible a globe is blown and it's flashing at a different speed as a result?

excellent, thanks guys.

I have to say it's actually flashing at a good speed now, maybe I should buy a spare and leave this one 'til it dies!
