Could try Sovereign Auto in Kent Town - they do Land Rover and Rover 75s, MGFs, TVR, etc. Not cheap but know their stuff, factory trained mechanics.

Does Mini Sport tune the later Rover injected cars?

Another possibility is Jackson Auto repairs at Brighton - Dave Jackson was a BMC apprentice at Borgelts Leyland, owned a nice deseamed Mk2 Cooper S and was an original Hot Bricks member.

Not cheap, but it is good by all reports.
Cheers Pete
