Hi,
Does anybody live near.... Dresden St bald hills Qld 4036?
I bought a couple of mini bits on ebay and the seller is unable to box and post. If somebody could collect and post I would happily pay them for their trouble.
Thanks in advance

Going there this Saturday to pick up a bumper, well I have to ring him first and see if he got from his other shed.

I did fill the van last Saturday and was thinking going in the mini and have a empty wallet this time….. What you got…..I’ll give you a bell tomorrow and see what we can work out.

Cheers neil

Hey Simon yep I did notice that…. thanks  ……. Plus lockie was busting to tell me.
You’re showing your age to know what a womble is.

Well back on topic…… I’m going up Saturday to grab me bumper so I’ll grab tasti stuff as well……….
The guys name is daniel, and he and his missus are real nice people.
He is over minis and needs to sell his stuff to fund another project.

So when I spoke to him today I asked if it was ok if I could post his number up on ausmini (which was ok)

He has a 1978 clubby shell stripped back and bare and wants 300 hundred for it…..i had a quick look at it and seems to be straight and very little rust. I couldn’t get a real good look at it as it’s buried in the corner and under crap (mini bits)

A guy that came after me said he would buy it but Daniel said today he hasn’t heard back from him and first in best dressed was his words.

He has a set of metro four pot disk brake second hand but I think he has new bits to get them going. Disks, pistons seals and braided lines
He still has a complete 998 motor and a gear box left, bonnets, doors, clubby interior steering racks, steering wheels and columns the usual stuff up for grabs.
Sorry no 1275 motors for sale……..I asked……bugger…… but he has got a 1275 motor that he is going to fix up and sell later down the track. He’s a mechanic buy trade.
He has a brand new plastic right hand tank for two hundred.

I got the last of his moke parts for a mate…….. and some door handles for a mate that has been chasing for a while, the only problem the doors are still attached.
I can’t remember much else and felt a bit rude if I kept ferreting through his garage….after being there for over an hour or two.
Give him a call if your chasing any thing…….plus he was great on price.
His missus has a clubby that they want to get rid off but he’s thinking of keeping it for a while and clean it up………..wanted three or four grand for it, but he has rebuilt every thing on it like…..sub frames, coil springs that sort of stuff.
I got the feeling he could be talked into selling it now…… again I didn’t take a close look at it and the body work wasn’t crash hot…
Well I better shut up and give the number out   …….. 0414 093 283
Cheers Neil

Its a good idea youve found someone else to pick the parts up, more than likely id end up with quite a few more parts to put in the shed.
