So Im rebuilding my wiring loom and want suggestions of what to add even if Im not using it now.

I.e Im adding a power line for an electric fuel pump but only using a mechanical one ATM. Its and 850 loom so is already pretty bare.

Any suggestions?

I would add head light relays and possibly a relay for a thermo fan.

+ for headlight relays
Front Fog OR Driving Lights cicuit with relay.
Reversing lights.
Better fuse box!!
Accesories circuit for radio and 12v socket to power phone chargers, GPS etc.
Also consider two speed wipers.

Additional to the above

Additional Gauges, Tacho, Vault ?
Thicker &/or additional wires if going Alternator
With the relay for the head lights & horn I also replaced the head lights wire with thicker gauge wires

Replace the blue, blue/white, blue red wires with auto spark quality 20 amp wire. You can do the lot, or just from the relays to the lights if you go that way. Your lights will glow much brighter for it, especially with a set of H4s.

Also do the same to the black wires coming from the lights back to the ground point in front of the fuses.
