see the custom spacers on the radius arms that let the wheel sit an inch back just to fit them in

Awesome.

One of the best bits is seeing all the patches. Makes me feel like I'm the only one crazy enough to patch the hell out of a rusty old shell.

And I would kill for his workshop.

I've been watching the progress of this one for a while now......

That thing will corner like a...... like a..... like a Honda. Why sacrifice the cornering ability with a motor like that under the bonnet?

All show - no go, perhaps??

Although.... the yellow V6 mini on Mini World mag's cover looked HOT with massive rims. But that one's rear wheel drive......

Maybe i'll wait to see if the bodykit makes a difference. Not convinced about this one, i'm afraid..

He's taken a VTECH and made it rev even harder!
WTF, an aluminium flywheel too?

But I agree the 16" wheels do look a bit OTT, but I had to grind the calipers slightly to fit 14" rims over the standard Subaru disk brakes. That may be the MINIMUM rim size he can get away with.

Envious.
