Put it in reverse gear, then drive the front pin out with a pin punch and BFH.

Took radiator out the easy way (hey there's even less room in a little wheel moke than a roundie!) - took 10 minutes

Made new rubber surroundy bits and put the new radiator in with it's new shroud.

Ready for final nut tightening tomorrow and off to blueslip.

Over the past couple of weekends I have:

Pulled out the clubby heater, dissassembled and cleaned it.
Finished recovering the dash
Reinstalled the dash and new top vents
Relocated the relays so I caould put the heater air scoop back in
Drilled the newholes for the plate to mount my new Stebel nautilus
Reinstalled the fuel tank
Reinstalled the head lining
Cut new dash floors out of thin ply to replace the cardboard

There is more but I am out of time.

Put the last of everything on the moke, even the optional bits (Read: extra weight)

It's bizarre seeing it all in one piece looking like an actual complete car, without parts strewn around inside it, and crap hanging off it everywhere..

Took it to blueslip today.
Got failed because:

I parked onto of someone elses oil leak in his workshop he didn't clean up.
Since my car was above it, it simply must have been my oil leak, even though he couldn't prove where it dripped from - the car was clean as a whistle.

Before I pulled into his workshop, I filled up, and slopped some fuel so I washed it down with water.
There was a drop of water on the side box which he deduced to be fuel (after refusing to sniff it).

So according t Hitler the Blueslipper I have an oil AND petrol leak.

If you want to know which service centre NOT to take your car to in Galston, let me know.

Blueslip tomorrow - elsewhere.
sigh!

I'll add your Hitler to my `do not goto for Blueslip' list. :P

I was going to give them a ring this afternoon and take it out there..

But instead I played around with the tuning and bent the gearstick into a more user friendly style..

Using Monster Mini's blueslipper tomorrow, failing that - The sunnyholt guys it is!

I went and bought 12x spin on oil filters as I ran out last week.
They are cheaper by the dozen... :D
