OMG is that really twin SU's, or the creature from the black lagoon LOL..
might have to put up a pic of the progress with Danis SU's we now have all but 2 parts to complete the carbs.. on a subnote how many different left and right throttle linkage pairs are there?? ive got some of at least 3 different types, might be for the different size carbs i guess..

They DO look better in real life...but yea, a clean up will do them wonders!

Question: WTF is Autosol and where do you get it? I hear it mentioned a million times.

It is a metal polish available ar all parts stores.

do u rub it on by hand, or machine polish with it?

heres what we have to show for a whole days sorting SU parts.. an almost complete pair of twins still missing the mirrored carbs throttle linkage and the choke connector isnt quite right.. need to turn out one thick headed nut too, to fit the linkage into..
behind is the other carb/airfilter project.. its amazing stuff i got SG to have a look at it then put it over his face and breath through it.. it looks to thick to breath through, but offers almost no resistance... the big question is how long it lasts under use b4 it clogs or becomes restricted... but as i can buy and sell that stuff by the metre its not too big a drama.... colour looks cool too... might even try some in yellow, red, white, pink if it tests ok, as we have those colours already..
