PS. I have about 15 lawyers at my disposal. I put it to them at work on Monday.

I find one is better to get the job done, usually aided by a Barrister or SC, depending on the task at hand.

These guys might be helpful;-

Defamation can be found here:-

some should take note.

Yeah I outsource to barristers all of the time. Wish we had them in house but hey it's about the dollars. 15 Lawyers costs enough. The legal department is huge! Anyway, I get it all back. ($250,000 plus in the last 6 weeks)I love the courts. LOL
I wonder if the following could be a problem;
Just because you’re ‘simple’ doesn’t mean that the entire world is.
And the country member still carries on like a stuffed pig

Cool stuff.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from with that, like
"the knob with the knob" and
"and don't use the one in Moorooka" and
"$25000 for a Matic? no wonder it hasn't sold!!!! I agree the white one does look good though for $9500." and what about
"everyone already knows who it is, its the same person stirring all the shitfights on here''? one more....
"to see you here is a real disappointment"

Would be interesting to test it eh?

I doubt those in the examples you've put up would get up though, as these are fairly easily proven.

A funny thing...sometimes none is better than one.
My brother in-law and his best mate both got caught drink driving on the same night...both had to front the judge on the same day with identical charges.
His mate had a lawyer and the brother in-law had his older sister.
Both got identical fines and disqualification period.
Except his mate got a decent size bill for his trouble.
