Davo11.

Started to watch it but it got a bit "Corny"

Sad really, I've been a Top Gear fan for years, and even had tickets to a show but after waiting nearly two years, it was on the day we left Australia. (Mmmm..missed by that much!)

The constant repeats have ruined the show for us.

Was good to see the Mini though!

Alex.

Must say I am the same - ardent watcher in the beginning but became jaded with the constant childish stunts and further irritated by channel nines cut and paste of repeats into "new" shows.

I also found the Australian version very unfunny and frankly embarrasing. Ultimately all shows becomes dated. As top gear has !!!

A couple of years ago I came out with a theory that TV shows should only ever last two seasons. Otherwise they just get stale and it turns into a regular job for the presenters/actors so they don't have to try hard to please the audience.

I watched the whole thing, they really should have realised what was going to happen when a mini is trying to pull a huge bloody rolls up a slope...common sense stuff really, and then the plinth?, couldnt they have sold it to someone who would return it to the road?.
