$180 for the 2 sides and rear done

Looks good, is that an average sort of price or did you get a good deal? I'd like to get this done to keep the clubby a little cooler :)

I got a good deal from a work mates son that does tinting.
Tint a car quoted me $260 alone for the back window and $130 each rear side window.
He has a workshop in Earlwood.
Feel free to PM me if you are interested, I am sure he can give you a good deal.

Picked up my mini this morning and drove it home, my first drive
Goes very well, even without the supercharger on
Now to fix all the small things, like the fuel gauge doesn't work :?

i didnt do anything to my moke per se, but did organise to make his life more comfortable... dad and i are planning on renovating the deck and the driveway... i kind of made it known that in front of the garage (where the moke resides... and someday a mini brother) should be covered in colourbond (or some polycarbonate roofing thing) and the driveway widened so as to provide a much easier working environment (and to fit a bike next to the moke...) Most of it ordered, most work will be done over easter whilst dad and i both have time off... but until then still plenty to do! (like get a wheel alignment for Sanchez! and start to organise an sc12kit... )

Looked at them, and was glad I drove them last weekend as it has rained every day since!

I took the car-cover off, and just sat in it. I prefer "old car" smell! I let it lapse on rego whilst I was on holiday, so I couldnt take it for a spin!

Pulled the underfelt out as it was soaked from water that somehow got through my floorpan while driving. Now to find the holes in the floor and plug them up.

For my 1000th post i'd like to announce that the front subframe is in. After 2 years of procrastinating and two attempts over the weekend due to dodgy tower bolt thread. Now for the hubs and have it moveable again, then concentrate $$$$ on the power plant. HOORAY!!!big deal

Finally discovered where the petrol smell was coming from as I half filled the tanks.
The fuel gauge sender was leaking and filling the boot with petrol
So it was drain the tanks and remove the sender and bend the little tabs on the fuel tank as one of the had straightened out and therefore not putting enough pressure on the sealing rubber.
Then I went for a drive :)
Woo hoo

Great photos Matt,

I sat in my mini in the garage for some peace and quiet....it was a great 30 minutes. Didn't do anything else.

Finally some sun. Replaced indicator bulb, oil and filter change, adjusted bonnet latch, replaced a busted left inside door handle and a quick wash.
