Just a query - would anyone know the origin of this engine number from a 850:

8AM/U/H/534208

It is in a van I spotted on a property near Millmerran. Might be worth something to someone who wants to save an 850 van!!

It is out of Toowoomba past Pittsworth as if you are heading to Gundy and the NSW border. The cars are in the For Sale folder with numbers.

The reference that I stole from someone else's post lists it as either a van or saloon 850.

It is an 850, probably around 1963.

Hey Rob, did you get the engine number in the 850 Sedan? (I see something in the photo that looks interesting)

Someone save it then. I have been threatened with death if I bring another orphan home  .

This is interesting me though:

It is a Buick apparently(cant tell from all the surface rust!!)and was an ambulance in its former life. I have visions of a big block MOPAR donk and dropping it a few feet. It would make a great hotrod!!
