I am thinking the answer is no. But with a bit of work maybe.
I was led to believe that the striker and catch for windups is all different to sliders.
But could be wrong.

They'll bolt straight on. The area of the B pillar near the latch is slightly different but makes no difference. Some(?) sliding doors have the alignment wedge on the door instead to the pillar but they just swap over..

Cheers, Ian

Well I guess my parts prices are a bit low  If I find windup doors for sale (mainly clubby) that's what I'm happy paying, also generally they are not in A1 condition and missing parts.
I guess Deluxe windup doors would be worth a bit more (same as all round nose parts). A few years ago I got a pair of sliding window doors for $50 :P , but they need some real TLC  .

they're pretty good for rust actually, just in the pockets and a bit at the bottom of the skins, at least 1 has a bit at the top where water was sitting in the window channel.

I think I have 3 pairs, I need to keep 1 set for my traveller... obviously the best ones

I should let them appreciate a bit
