i always wanted to do a billet style grill for my clubbie, even got part of the way to making one out of some ally scraps we had at work. Never got around to finishing it though.

That looks awesome. I love the idea of everyone donating money to the build so it is a peoples car. Great idea.
For now I will use the one I have just so i can get rego done sooner but i still would like ideas so i can create something.

Making one for a Clubman would certainly be easier than a roundie, since you would only have to make one length for all the bars.

bars are slightly shorter in the centre of the grill.. due to the headlights.

EDIT: Scratch that, been lookin at too many custom jobs recently. :?
