I am going to do a quick swap of engine.
The current engine is a A+ 1275, std Rover electronic dizzy, pre-engaged starter ,std rover oil filled coil.
The replacement engine is a Morris 1100S 1275, with a Nissan pulsar dizzy, Gemini starter motor, Bosch GT40 rt coil (the little compact style).
So what I want to know is will all the colour coded items be compatible with each others wiring?
I don't want to swap the parts from the Rover to the 1100S if I can help it just want to know if I unplug all the wiring swap the engines and plug the wires back on to the same + or - terminals will it all work properly :?:

Should a connect up ok. Just check wires to dizzy, make sure they're on right connections so you don't friz it.

On the Pulsar dizzy, blue goes to <-> on the coil and black/w stripe goes to <+> on the coil.
