As mentioned above the rear trailing arms are longer, but they also need different pin kits. Minis have a bush at one end and a roller bearing at the other but mokes have bearings at both ends. Handbrake cables are different (due to longer trailing arms). The rod change mechanism for the gear change is shorter too.

You get more options for dik brakes because there are fewer clearance problems with the 13" wheels, especially if you have the standard steel wheels. 1977 Sunraysia wheels were designed for drum brakes and don't clear large calipers as well as the later Sunraysias or the plain steel rims.
