Want to be more specific?
Are you trying to get the glass out of the frame or the frame out of the car?
Second one is easy, its just seven screws.

The first step is to remove the two screws holding the locking mechanism at the back of the window.

Then carefully push the window forwards and you will see a piano hinge with 7 screws. Undo the screws whilst supporting the glass - it helps to have a second set of hands.

The rear windscreen is not so hard. You first remove the chrome locking strip and then carefully push out the windscreen from the inside of the car, starting at one corner and working your way around. Again a second set of hands is advantageous.

Door glass is a bit harder. Remove the door handles nd door card. You need to wind the window half way down and remove the two screws holding the window channel and the three screws holding the quarter glass. Take out all the window felt or slide it down the channel so you have enough room to tilt the glass out.

I hope this is what you are after.

Cheers
